This page explains what happens to the details you send through the enquiry form on this website.
How we use it
To handle your enquiry and to email it to Anna Nowak, Sales Director, through an email provider.
Where and for how long
Valid enquiries and attachments are stored in a private database, including when sending is unconfirmed. Records older than 120 days are deleted at the next cleanup: on service startup and every six hours while running. Spam controls retain a keyed hash of the network address, removed at the next cleanup after one day. There is no public admin or attachment access. Email copies are handled separately; contact Anna to request deletion.
If sending fails
If the form cannot confirm your enquiry, contact Anna directly by email or phone. Failed enquiries are not automatically resent.
